{"id":1788,"date":"2020-04-17T12:02:22","date_gmt":"2020-04-17T12:02:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bwg-wp.eliott-markus.digital\/competence\/avocat-garde-enfants\/"},"modified":"2022-01-10T13:29:46","modified_gmt":"2022-01-10T13:29:46","slug":"children","status":"publish","type":"competence","link":"https:\/\/bwg.law\/en\/competence\/children\/","title":{"rendered":"Children"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We provide daily assistance to parents, separated or not, grandparents, in-laws and any third party connected with children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our concern for children and the various, increasingly complex issues affecting them always lead us to act in their best interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of our judicial and extra-judicial experience, and because we understand the relational and psychological aspects of these issues, we address them without ever losing sight of this priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is particularly the case when it comes to establishing filiation, organising one&#8217;s life on a material and financial level, resolving potential conflicts of parental authority, but also to protect children when they find themselves in a situation of obvious danger or distress, both in a national and international context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our areas of intervention are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Parental authority: exercise, parental charter, delegation, withdrawal<\/li><li>Organisation of children&#8217;s lives and financial measures relating to them in the event of separation<\/li><li>Child protection<\/li><li>Biological filiation:<\/li><li>Establishing filiation: recognition, proceedings to establish maternity or paternity, action to establish possession of status,<\/li><li>Challenging filiation,<\/li><li>Registration of filiation: particularly post surrogacy<\/li><li>Adoptive filiation :<\/li><li>Simple adoption: addition of a filiation link<\/li><li>Full adoption: substitution of a filiation link<\/li><li>Registration of filiation link, in particular post ART or surrogacy<\/li><li>Relationship between the child and his\/her relatives\/third parties :<\/li><li>Rights and obligations of relatives: grandparents, step-parents towards the child,<\/li><li>Delegation of parental authority \/ <em>d\u00e9l\u00e9gation-partage <\/em>(parental authority is shared between parents and a delegate)<\/li><li>Guardianship of minors<\/li><li>Protection of minors&#8217; assets<\/li><li>Children at risk and educational assistance<\/li><li>Change of first or last name<\/li><li>International transfer of residence\/relocation<\/li><li>Expatriation family counselling<\/li><li>Intercountry Adoption<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","categories":[31],"class_list":["post-1788","competence","type-competence","status-publish","hentry","category-fundamentals"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
